Planned Thalamus Platform Upgrade 6/19-6/21

Planned Thalamus Platform Upgrade 6/19-6/21

Dear Thalamus Community,

For more than a decade, our mission has remained the same: provide the medical education community with technology that is dependable and innovative.

To continue delivering on that commitment, we will be performing a major platform upgrade beginning Friday, June 19 at 11:00 PM ET and concluding Sunday, June 21 at 12:00 PM ET. During this window, all Thalamus products will be temporarily unavailable.

We intentionally selected this timing, between recruitment seasons and during one of the lowest-usage weekends of the year, to minimize impact to your programs. This upgrade represents the largest infrastructure investment we have ever made, and while most of these improvements will occur behind the scenes, they will meaningfully improve reliability, performance, and our ability to deliver future enhancements more efficiently to the 8,000+ residency and fellowship programs that rely on our platform.

No action is required on your part. We simply ask that you avoid scheduling any platform-dependent activities during the maintenance window.  Live updates will be shared on our X (formerly Twitter) account, @ThalamusGME.

Should you require any assistance, please contact us at customercare@thalamusgme.com or via the Help button on the bottom right-hand corner of any Thalamus page.

Thank you for your partnership and support as we continue investing in the future of medical education recruitment and beyond.

Sincerely,

Jason
